隱私權政策
你們在吵架之後寫下的話，是很私密的東西。「好好說：伴侶和好」（以下稱本 app）的設計原則是：能留在手機裡的，就不離開手機。
1. 你們寫的內容
- 一支手機輪流用：名字、事實、感受、聽見的話與承諾，只存在這支手機的本機資料庫，不會上傳。
- 各自用手機：為了讓兩支手機同步，內容會暫時存放在 Google Firebase（Cloud Firestore）的房間裡，只有房間的兩位成員可以讀寫。兩個人都存到自己手機之後，本 app 會把文字從雲端清除。
- 「只有你看得到」的信：不會儲存，也不會傳送，關閉後就消失。
- 你可以隨時在「我們的約定」裡刪除任何一筆紀錄；刪除 app 也會刪除所有本機資料。
2. 匿名識別碼
使用「各自用手機」時，本 app 會透過 Firebase Authentication 建立匿名帳號，只用來確認誰是房間成員。不需要也不會收集你的電子郵件、電話或真實身分。
3. 使用情形統計
我們使用 Google Analytics for Firebase 了解大家怎麼使用本 app（例如走到哪一步、是否完成、是否使用暫停），以改善體驗。收集的是匿名的使用事件與裝置資訊（例如系統版本、語言、大略地區），絕不包含你寫下的任何文字或名字。本 app 不使用廣告識別碼（IDFA），不做跨 app 追蹤，也沒有廣告。
閃退報告：如果 app 發生閃退，Firebase Crashlytics 會送出匿名的技術報告（程式在哪裡出錯、裝置型號、系統版本），幫助我們修正問題。報告不包含你寫下的任何文字或名字。
4. 相機與通知
相機只用來掃描對方手機上的房間 QR Code，畫面不會儲存或上傳。通知（暫停結束、三天後的提醒）都是在手機本機排程的。
5. 第三方服務
Google Firebase（Cloud Firestore、Authentication、Analytics、Crashlytics），依 Firebase 隱私權與安全性說明 處理資料。
6. 兒童
本 app 不是為 13 歲以下兒童設計，也不會刻意收集兒童資料。

Privacy Policy
What you write after a fight is deeply personal. Heard: Make Up After a Fight (“the app”) is built on one principle: whatever can stay on your phone, stays on your phone.
1. What you write
- One shared phone: names, facts, feelings, what you heard and your promises are stored only in the app's local database on that phone. Nothing is uploaded.
- Use our own phones: to sync two phones, content is stored temporarily in a room on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) that only the two room members can read or write. Once both phones have saved it locally, the app deletes the text from the cloud.
- The private letter (“Only you can see this”) is never saved or sent; it's gone when you close it.
- You can delete any entry in “Our promises” at any time. Deleting the app deletes all local data.
2. Anonymous identifier
In “Use our own phones” mode, the app creates an anonymous account with Firebase Authentication, used only to check who belongs to a room. We don't ask for or collect your email, phone number or identity.
3. Usage analytics
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used (for example which step people reach, whether they finish, whether they pause) so we can improve it. This is anonymous usage events and device information (such as OS version, language, approximate region) and never includes anything you write or any names. The app does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), does not track you across apps, and shows no ads.
Crash reports: if the app crashes, Firebase Crashlytics sends an anonymous technical report (where the code failed, device model, OS version) so we can fix it. It never includes anything you wrote or any names.
4. Camera and notifications
The camera is used only to scan the room QR code on your partner's phone; images are not stored or uploaded. Notifications (end of a pause, a three-day reminder) are scheduled locally on your phone.
5. Third-party services
Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Authentication, Analytics, Crashlytics), which processes data as described in Privacy and Security in Firebase.
6. Children
The app is not designed for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

けんかのあとに書く言葉は、とても個人的なものです。「ちゃんと話そう：ふたりの仲直り」（以下「本アプリ」）は、「スマホの中に置いておけるものは、外に出さない」ことを原則にしています。
1. 書いた内容
- 1台のスマホで使う場合：名前、事実、気持ち、受け取った言葉、約束は、そのスマホ内のデータベースにのみ保存され、アップロードされません。
- 「それぞれのスマホで」モード：2台を同期するため、内容は Google Firebase（Cloud Firestore）のルームに一時的に保存され、ルームのふたりだけが読み書きできます。ふたりとも自分のスマホに保存した時点で、本アプリはクラウド上の文章を削除します。
- 「見るのはあなただけ」の手紙は保存も送信もされず、閉じると消えます。
- 「ふたりの約束」の記録はいつでも削除できます。アプリを削除すると、すべてのローカルデータも削除されます。
2. 匿名の識別子
「それぞれのスマホで」モードでは、ルームのメンバーを確認するためだけに Firebase Authentication で匿名アカウントを作成します。メールアドレス、電話番号、身元の情報は求めず、収集もしません。
3. 利用状況の分析
体験を改善するため、Google Analytics for Firebase で利用状況（どのステップまで進んだか、最後まで終えたか、休憩を使ったかなど）を把握しています。収集するのは匿名の利用イベントと端末情報（OSのバージョン、言語、おおよその地域など）で、あなたが書いた文章や名前は一切含みません。広告識別子（IDFA）は使用せず、アプリをまたいだトラッキングも広告もありません。
クラッシュレポート：アプリがクラッシュした場合、問題を修正するために Firebase Crashlytics が匿名の技術レポート（エラーが起きた箇所、端末の機種、OSのバージョン）を送信します。あなたが書いた文章や名前は含まれません。
4. カメラと通知
カメラはパートナーのスマホに表示されたルームのQRコードを読み取るためだけに使い、映像は保存もアップロードもしません。通知（休憩の終わり、3日後のお知らせ）はスマホ内で設定されます。
5. 第三者サービス
Google Firebase（Cloud Firestore、Authentication、Analytics、Crashlytics）。データは Firebase のプライバシーとセキュリティ に従って処理されます。
6. お子さまについて
本アプリは13歳未満のお子さま向けではなく、お子さまのデータを意図的に収集することはありません。
